STUDIO CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
With heartfelt sadness and after much deliberation Bora Studio has unfortunately had to make the decision to temporarily close following recent Government advice. The world is facing an unpredictable time and with the risk of so many valued people becoming ill or loosing loved ones we must now follow the recommended advice carefully. At Bora Studio the health and wellbeing of our clients and staff is our main priority and we feel it best for all concerned to close with immediate effect.
During this time of closure Bora will undergo a deep clean to ensure equipment and Studio are ready for when you return.
We will remain contactable during this time and propose to offer an online platform/service if you wish to continue Mat Pilates. These online sessions will take sometime to roll out/organise – we will be sure to keep you updated as and when we have further information!
Please note any classes that are pre-booked for the next 4-6 weeks will be removed from the system without late cancellation charges being applied and any block pass purchases have a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase. Treatments that usually take place in the Clinic will follow the same cancellation policy noted above.

Our timetable includes Reformer Pilates, Half-Cadillac, Mat Pilates, T.R.X., Aerial Fitness, Barre, and Pre and Postnatal Care.
Bora Clinic is located on Floor 3 of the Studio, where our in-house Osteopath Anissa Germain M.Ost practices. Anissa's experience in the field of movement and exercise, combined with her Masters in Osteopathy, ensure she can tailor treatment plans for the overall well-being of the individual.
Pilates teachers can help improve posture, alignment and core stability. Pilates classes incorporate strengthening exercises and resistance training. Whether you prefer to join a group class or to work one on one our fitness professionals are here to help.
