We are thrilled to be reopening the Studio on the 17th May for group reformer classes. 

 

It feels like a long time since we were all together enjoying the benefits of movement and the wonderful community that Studio life brings! 


 

Our Client’s safety is our biggest priority. We have been busy making changes to ensure we keep you safe and well during your time with us. 

What to expect when you return?

 

There will be a hand sanitizing station on arrival and throughout the building. Please ensure you scan the QR code and that you wear a mask when entering the building and whilst in communal areas.

 

All Staff will be wearing face shields and gloves during classes. 

The changing room will remain closed to avoid large volumes of foot traffic/use.

The bathrooms will remain open for use. We would like to encourage everyone to ensure they continue to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds.

 

The Reformers are located in our large Group Studio to ensure we can safely distance clients and staff members.

 

Classes will run for 50 minutes and sessions will be staggered to avoid any potential cross over of clients. 

 

Please buzz the door on arrival and be prepared to wait outside the building until the previous client has departed.

Our timetable includes Reformer Pilates, Half-Cadillac, Mat Pilates, T.R.X., Aerial Fitness, Barre, and Pre and Postnatal Care.

Bora Clinic is located on Floor 3 of the Studio, where our in-house Osteopath Anissa Germain M.Ost practices. Anissa's experience in the field of movement and exercise, combined with her Masters in Osteopathy, ensure she can tailor treatment plans for the overall well-being of the individual.

INSTRUCTORS

Pilates teachers can help improve posture, alignment and core stability. Pilates classes incorporate strengthening exercises and resistance training. Whether you prefer to join a group class or to work one on one our fitness professionals are here to help.
