ANNA GARDINER

Having danced for most of her life, Anna has always been interested in movement whether it’s through Pilates, Yoga, ballet, Jazz or Contemporary dance.

While living abroad in Canada, Anna decided to take her interest to the next level and train as a Pilates instructor in Toronto. Anna enjoys teaching classes with a focus on correct technique and flow of breath to ensure the best possible outcome of each movement.

After living in Toronto for 3 years Anna is excited to share her passion of Pilates back home and work to help clients of all ages and abilities achieve greater strength, mobility and posture and a greater sense of wellbeing.
