Our Mum & Baby classes are tailored to mums wanting to focus on their post-natal recovery.
At Bora Pilates our Mum and Baby classes will help your postnatal body slowly recover from pregnancy and the subsequent birth with appropriate exercises that will be adapted accordingly to meet your individual needs.
Classes will strengthen you from the inside out; focusing on rebuilding abdominal strength as well as pelvic floor connection.
These classes will help those struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, incontinence, back, shoulder or neck pain.
Classes offer the opportunity to workout along side your little one whilst reaping the benefits of Pilates!
Please note you will need to have had your 6 week postnatal check (8 week for caesarean births) prior to attending and we recommend this class for mums with pre-crawling babies.
