Our FUNdamentals class is ideal for new and beginner level clients. The class flows at a slower pace and focuses on understanding the Pilates principles. Classes will take you through basic reformer exercises to get you acquainted with the equipment. Focusing on exercises at a slow and controlled pace will help you to work with correct form and alignment to really get the most of out of your sessions. Reformer will help improve your balance, flexibility, muscle tone, lower back issues or any other injury or concern, plus improve your mind body connection.
