Aerial fitness is a fun work out based on adapted Yoga and Pilates exercises with the support of the aerial hammock.
Suitable for all levels of fitness, you will be guided through exercises to build strength, increase flexibility and balance, while suspended a few feet off the ground.
Each week you will work on challenging, and exciting ways of getting in and out of the silk. Each exercise can be modified depending on your level of experience.
For the last 5 minutes you will be cocooned inside the silk listening to relaxing music while you focus on your breath and cool down to finish the session Contraindications include:
Very high/ very low blood pressure
