Zoom Instructions for Participants:

  1. You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone. 

  2. You will receive a code (meeting ID) and password the evening before to join the class.

  3. Enter the meeting ID and password. 

  4. Join the class. Mute your microphone (far left).

  5. Enjoy the class!


What will I need to participate to the class?

  • A mat or a towel.

  • Hand weights or two tins.

  • A small towel or a cushion.


Single session £5 

Week pass: £20 (Monday till Saturday)*

Weekly pass expires Saturday evening.
