CORE classes offer clients the opportunity to explore how and why our spines move the way they do or in some cases they do not.
Classes will support clients in learning to assess and understand corrections, which in turn will help support any postural, or injury concerns - be it past or present. The Pilates principles will be a key focus during these classes - dedicating time to reaffirming core connection and ensuring that clients are working through the Pilates principles in order to reap the benefits of Pilates in a safe and effective way.
